Apocrypha through History: European Publication Day!

Your breath has been bated for ... I can't even guess how long, craving for Oxford to release my book The Apocrypha through History: The Canonical Reception of the Deuterocanonical Literature. I have good news: it's published, as of today, in Europe. I myself have not actually seen a copy yet, but I am assured that some copies are in the mail coming my way.

If you want a taste, Google Books has a substantial preview. I've also uploaded to my academia.edu page the first few pages of the book, where you can read the preface and the first part of chapter 1.

Go ahead and make that purchase from Amazon.co.uk, or from Amazon.fr, or whatever fine European bookseller you prefer. Or, if you live in America and you're okay with waiting, you can pre-order now and you'll be the first one in your neighborhood with a copy when the book publishes over here in July.

Reading this book will answer all the questions you've had about what kinds of things I say in this book, what arguments I make and what evidence I discuss.

Purchase your copy today. The future of our civilization may depend upon it.
